The Chester Public Library offers games, puzzles and crafts for School Vacation Week, Feb. 23-March 1. The library also offers passes to the following museums that can be booked for that week: The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire, the Currier Art Gallery, the Boston Museum of Science and the SEE Science Center. The Friends of the Chester Public Library meet Monday, at 7 p.m. in the meeting room of the library. New members are welcome to join this group of volunteers who help raise money and support the library throughout the year.

“Bee Aware, Bee Concerned, Bee a Friend to Pollinators” is the topic for Michelle Messinger, New Hampshire Federation of Garden Clubs State President, who will discuss native Mason bees and how to attract these pollinators to gardens in a Rockingham Herb Society free program for the public at 7 p.m. March 5 at Stevens Memorial Hall, 1 Chester St.
On Saturday, March 7, from 5 to 7 p.m., American Legion Post 108 will hold its third annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction. The event will be held at the Chester multi-purpose room, 84 Chester St., and includes a 50/50 raffle and games. The price is $7 per person, with children under 5 free.
